Tennis Trainer Academy offers various programs tailored to each player, considering age, skill level, and goals. Our methodology combines technique, tactics, physical preparation, and competitive support to develop each tennis player's maximum potential.

Monday to Friday: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM Court session

What does this program consist of?

This program allows children to have their first contact with tennis. Players will learn basic techniques and tactics through fun activities and adapted materials. The sessions enable the development of basic motor skills, agility, balance, and coordination.

What does this program consist of?

This program allows children to continue developing their basic motor skills while deepening their technique and execution mechanics for groundstrokes and serves. Activities are included where they must make tactical decisions, as well as work on acquiring basic psychological skills.

What do we work on?
  • Control of the "Eastern soft" grip
  • Increased repetitions (forehand and backhand)
  • Swing control (full swing)
  • Hitting in front of the body at waist height
  • Introduction to serve technique
  • Control exercises exchanging strokes
  • Correct ball toss in the serve

Amateur Circuit

Within the Orange Ball Program, players have the opportunity to participate in the Amateur Circuit.

This event consists of a circuit of amateur tennis tournaments promoted by the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation and aimed at players of all ages with a beginner level.

Throughout the year, various phases are held, each in a different club in the province. Its goal is to promote participation and family sports, as well as socialization and coexistence among players.

This program allows players to deepen their tennis technique, focusing on racket head acceleration and fluidity, as well as body control. They learn to make technical decisions, understand different phases of the game, and internalize the values of the sport.

  • Correct distance between the body and the ball
  • Initiation of continuous exchanges
  • Seeking the ball without remaining static
  • Introduction to volley technique
  • Greater dedication to the serve

What does this program consist of?

The goal is to expand and stabilize the technical foundation of players, consolidating previous progress. Emphasis is placed on the intensity of strokes and movements, stability of footwork, recovery after strokes, and work on serve and baseline-to-net transition.

Amateur Circuit

Within the Yellow Ball Program, players have the opportunity to participate in the Amateur Circuit.
