Founder of the academy in 1998, Vicente Borja has over two decades of experience in high-performance tennis. His expertise encompasses the direction and development of projects on both the WTA and ATP circuits, where he has led the comprehensive planning for professional players and young talents transitioning to top-level competition.

Throughout his career, Vicente has specialized in designing personalized programs that integrate technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects, always with a methodological approach oriented towards sustainable performance. MANU MARTINEZ MORENO

Director of the Junior School

• FTCV Tennis Coach with over 20 years of experience.
• National Line and Chair Umpire certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education.

With over 20 years of training at the academy, Manu is a fundamental piece of the project's sporting and educational structure. As the director of the Junior School, he leads the daily work with the youngest players, consolidating a training model that combines technique, progressive learning, and continuous motivation.

As a graduate in Primary Education, Manu brings a solid pedagogical foundation reflected in his approachable, clear style adapted to each student. His ability to transmit values, foster healthy habits, and create positive training environments has made the Junior School a benchmark in initial training.

Committed to the comprehensive development of the player, Manu guides each student from their first steps on the court to their consolidation in higher stages, ensuring balanced evolution both sportingly and personally.

IÑAKI CARRATALÁ DURAN

Director of the Competition School

• FTCV Tennis Coach with over 15 years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education.
• Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology.

Iñaki is responsible for the Competition School, where he leads the development of players who are already in advanced stages and oriented towards high performance. With a solid academic base, holding a degree in Primary Education complemented by a Master's in Sports Psychology, he brings a global perspective that integrates technique, tactics, and emotional management.

His approach focuses on guiding the player toward their maximum competitive potential, designing individualized programs that cover both training planning and the mental dimension of the sport. The combination of methodology, analysis, and psychological support makes his work stand out for its depth and his ability to prepare the athlete for the challenges of competition.

Iñaki is recognized for his discipline, attention to detail, and ability to generate high-performance environments where the player learns to manage pressure, maintain concentration, and compete with intelligence. AINHOA ZAMORA RUBIO

Director of Strength & Conditioning

• Head of physical preparation for the Junior School, Competition, and High Performance.
• Graduate in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from the University of Valencia (2015).
• FTCV Tennis Coach with over 10 years of experience.
• Experience as a player on the WTA Circuit.

Ainhoa is responsible for the academy's physical preparation area, where she leads the design and implementation of performance programs for all categories, from grassroots to high competition. A graduate in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from the University of Valencia (2015), she brings a scientific, updated approach fully integrated with the specific demands of modern tennis.

Her experience as a former professional tennis player allows her to understand firsthand the demands of the circuit and the real needs of the athlete at each stage. This dual vision—technical and competitive—is reflected in meticulous work focused on injury prevention, performance optimization, and the development of physical conditioning adapted to each player.

Ainhoa stands out for her ability to coordinate with the technical team, plan workloads individually, and create dynamic, effective sessions oriented toward each group's objectives. SARA LLOPICO

Director of Administration & Studies

• Over 20 years of experience in the company.
• Diploma in Primary Education.

Sara Llopico is responsible for the administration and student services area, serving as the main link between families, players, and the academy's internal organization. Her work ensures that operations are agile, clear, and efficient, allowing coaches, athletes, and parents to always rely on fluid communication and constant support.

Meticulous, organized, and with a great vocation for service, Sara coordinates registrations, schedules, document management, and personalized attention, ensuring that every process is carried out with professionalism and closeness. MARC GUINOT Director of the Padel School

Biography:Marc Guinot is in charge of directing and managing the Padel School. He holds official padel coach titles from the Valencian Federation and is responsible for coordinating classes and teams at the Club Tenis Vila-real school. His experience and dedication guarantee quality training for players of all levels.
